Why ICHNAL?

The web has almost everything. The problem is that everything lives apart.

ICHNAL is built around a simple idea: useful things become more useful when they can be discovered together. A tool can lead to an expert. A place can lead to a guide. A product can lead to a community. A question can open several paths instead of one list of links.

The name comes from a Classic Maya expression associated with presence and being with others. That meaning became the starting point for the identity: different paths, a shared place.

ICHNAL is not about putting everything in one box. It is about making the connections between things visible.

The platform starts as a discovery index and can grow into collections, recommendations, local discovery, tools, communities and services — without losing the same organizing principle.
