ICHNAL is a curated discovery website operated by Digital Gears LLC, registration number 405801404, with registered address at 41 Zakaria Paliashvili Street, Vake District, Tbilisi 0179, Georgia (“ICHNAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms apply when you access or use ichnal.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Discovery and editorial information
ICHNAL brings together links and editorial information about third-party tools, people, places, products, content, organisations, events, communities and opportunities. Items are provided for discovery and general information.
We aim to keep Items useful and accurate, but third-party information can change without notice. Always check the original source before relying on availability, dates, prices, eligibility, safety, professional qualifications or other important details.

ICHNAL does not currently sell paid services through the website. If paid services are introduced, the applicable offer, price, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
Digital Gears LLC will be the service provider and merchant. DGPAYMENTS LTD, company number 17412169, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, may collect payments on behalf of Digital Gears LLC. DGPAYMENTS LTD is not the seller of the underlying service unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of ICHNAL, add or remove Items, and update these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Disclaimer and liability
ICHNAL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on third-party information.
